arrow_back Overview

A splash page is frequently used to enable Internet access for customers of a business or guests of a hotel. This requires configuring a network and creating and designing a start page. If a user connects to this network, the splash page you have created appears in the user's web browser. The user follows the prompts on this splash page and obtains access to the Internet or other resources.

You can configure splash pages and adapt them to your needs with the integrated splash page designer.

In other words, the splash page is a portal. If you want to make Internet access free or charge a fee for it, you can define this in the configuration by setting the type of access. In the main menu of the location, you can define different variants for Internet use depending on the type of access in the Vouchers and Codes menu.

A splash page is also called a captive portal, landing page, splash page or splash screen.
