Social Media

If you defined the Social option in the Splash -> Access Type area, the e-mail addresses of the guests who connected through your splash using a source such as their Facebook address are displayed on this page.

info Users who connected to the splash page using a voucher or e-mail address are not listed here.

To get to this page, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the desired customer account in the Network Management account summary by clicking the corresponding table row. You are in the location overview, which may have multiple locations set up.
     
  2. Now, click the global more_horiz pull-down menu in the top right corner of the window.
     
  3. Select the Audit menu item. This menu then opens on the left side of the widow.
     
  4. Click the Social menu item.

Tools

You can search for specific e-mails using the search search function. To do so, enter the name of the guest's e-mail address.

Overview – Social media

The e-mail addresses of the guests who connected using their splash page are displayed in this overview table (as described above).

The overview table contains the following information:

Name – Guest name

E-mail – E-mail address used by the guest to connect over the social network.

Last Seen – Time of the last connection to the splash page.

Gender – Form of address for the guest

Networks – The social network used by the guest to connect.

Action – Clicking the pull-down menu more_vert provides you with the following option:

  • View Location – Displays the corresponding location.
